This unique position primarily involves supporting a large, enterprise client that is a leader in the athletic footwear and apparel field. You will be embedded within the client's in-house legal team and work directly with the client's business stakeholders and cross-functional teams on a variety of marketing, entertainment, production, and digital projects. Day-to-day duties will include:
Drafting and negotiating a variety of marketing-related agreements, such as master services agreements, talent and creator agreements, production deals, celebrity endorsement agreements, AdTech deals, SaaS/cloud agreements, etc.
Developing playbooks and leveraging a practical perspective to improve efficiencies.
Providing business-minded advice that clearly communicates legal issues to non-lawyer business clients.
You may also support our firm's thriving trademark practice by drafting U.S. trademark office action responses and trademark searching, with the potential for additional trademark work.
The salary range for this position is $130,000-$150,000, with a reasonable annual billable hours expectation of 1,600 and eligibility for a bonus if you meet the hours target.

Oregon Bar membership, or the ability and willingness to become licensed via comity soon after hire, is required. We are open to candidates licensed in any state, but you must be willing to work full time on West Coast hours.
