We try cases. Join a 40 attorney law firm in Downtown Los Angeles. Our ever-growing employment department represents a variety of leading companies throughout numerous industries. Our matters are mostly single plaintiff discrimination and retaliation matters. However, we also defend wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters. Additionally, we provide clients with advice and counsel and perform personnel investigations. We are looking for someone who is experienced in running matters themselves or with minimal supervision. If this is you or if you are willing to learn how to run cases, please contact us and provide references and a writing sample. Must be barred in CA or have CA bar results pending.

The origin of Sanders Roberts stems from the decades-long friendship between Justin Sanders and Reggie Roberts, Jr. who were college classmates and roommates, and later also law school classmates. For several years, they pursued separate career paths practicing law at some of the most well-respected and prestigious law firms in the nation. Between working at law firms, Justin served as a chief aide to the Los Angeles City Attorney where he oversaw the City’s most important cases and managed its relationships with law firms providing legal services to the City.
Despite all of their success, they boldly decided to walk away from the legal behemoths to create something leaner, more agile, and quite frankly, special. They set out to build not just another law firm, but rather a legal institution that would combine excellence and the highest level of legal services possible with a collegial atmosphere where people enjoy the work and the people they work with.
With that mission in mind, Justin and Reggie founded Sanders Roberts in 2008. Today, Sanders Roberts boasts more than 60 employees including more than 30 lawyers, 18 paralegals, and many other professionals.
